Every 555ace member is permitted exactly one registered account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses.
All 555ace withdrawal requests require successful completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Members must submit a valid CNIC and proof of payment method before any PKR withdrawal is processed.

One Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 555ace Platform. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. 555ace uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.
Accurate Information. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all registration information provided to 555ace is accurate and kept up to date. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 555ace account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 555ace will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify the 555ace support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. 555ace is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency deposit or withdrawal values.
Accepted Payment Methods. 555ace currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT (TRC-20), and BTC. Available payment methods may change from time to time at 555ace's sole discretion.
Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on the 555ace Platform is PKR 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 555ace may apply enhanced due diligence checks for large deposits in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for fully KYC-verified accounts. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within two hours during standard business hours. Bank transfers may take up to three working days depending on the receiving institution. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 24 hours subject to blockchain network conditions.
Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions apply to all 555ace withdrawal requests:
Deposit Responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all deposits made to your 555ace account are from funds you own and are legally entitled to use for gambling purposes. General Bonus Terms. 555ace offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL seasonal promotions, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.
Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a 555ace account are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, and time limit for completion are stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
Bonus Abuse. 555ace has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:
Where bonus abuse is identified, 555ace reserves the right to void all bonus funds, reverse any winnings derived from bonus play, and suspend or permanently close the account in question.
Bonus Expiry. All bonuses credited to your 555ace account will expire if the associated wagering requirement is not completed within the specified timeframe. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically and cannot be reinstated.
Right to Withdraw Promotions. 555ace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a member has already qualified, 555ace will honour any bonus already credited subject to the stated wagering conditions.
Game Integrity. All casino games available on the 555ace Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by 555ace game providers are independently audited to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
Sportsbook Rules. System Errors. 555ace does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 555ace's reasonable control may temporarily affect service availability. 555ace will not be liable for any losses incurred during any period of Platform unavailability.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited into your 555ace account. 555ace accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 555ace service — including game outcomes, payment processing, bonus terms, or account management — you must first contact the 555ace support team. Termination by 555ace. 555ace reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In such cases, 555ace may withhold any funds held in the account pending investigation.
Voluntary Account Closure. You may close your 555ace account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closing your account, any pending wagering requirements must be addressed and any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 555ace holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the 555ace internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Where material changes are made, 555ace will notify registered members via email or through an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication on the 555ace Platform.
Your continued use of the 555ace Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
